A portrait party can include, co-workers, friends, family, church friends, you name it!
This is a great way to get some professional photographs done with friends and family in a relaxed setting at your home or at a park.
The guests can relax, no pressure in buying anything at the party so you can leave your money at home! Your pictures can be done as a family, just children, pets, friends, or however you would like, there your photos!
The hostess will earn print credits based on the amount of the guest orders and sometimes they can pay for your entire order!

The guests can relax, no pressure in buying anything at the party so you can leave your money at home! Your pictures can be done as a family, just children, babies, pets, friends, or however you would like, there your photos!
The hostess will earn print credits based on the amount of their guest orders and sometimes they can pay for your entire order! It would be given to the hostess once everything is calculated and could take about a week or two to get the final total.
Would prefer a minimum of 4 guests and a max of 12. 3-4 guest per hour for photos.
Parties can be any time starting before 6pm, any day, and inside or outside. *It can be later it just depends on how many people are attending*
After the party each guest is able to view their photos that were taken on the party date on the proofing site and can order what they wish. The guest should order within a week from viewing them on the proofing site in order for the hostess to receive their photo credits.
The hostesses is able to get many rewards for having a party.
Just for having a party the hostesses is entitled for a FREE 8x10 (v.$15)
If their guests orders totals are over the following amounts, they will get the following:
$250: $25 photo credit
$400: $50.Photo credit
$650: $100 photo credit
$800: Free 16x16 storyboard, $75 photo credit
$1000: Free Package 2, Free 16x16 story board, $25 photo credit
Additional $25 in photo credits from any of your guests that book a party within 3 weeks from your party.
Before the party:
I will bring by invitations for the hostess to hand out to your guests. Go over times, how you would like to the party to be. Two types of parties: freestyle photography, which will be just photos taken random for the time I am at the party OR: Time slots, in which I will give you a time slot sheet in which you can have your guests pick times that they would like to have their photos taken at. The host should have snacks provide or ask if the guests could bring something.
Day of the Party:
I will show up 15-30 minutes to set anything up. I will come with a box of props, model release forms (to use the photos on my website and other promotional items) and ordering information.
A week after the party:
All the photos will be on the proofing site in which the guests will have one week in order to choose and order their photos. The amount in which have been purchased will be sent to the hostess so they can order their prints.
If the guests are locally in the Windsor area they will be dropped off to them or given to the hostess a week after ordering.
